Shipping and Handling

We ship to anywhere in the continental United States.

Due to the unique nature of some of these baskets, and the holiday crunch, please allow up to 7-10 days for order shipment.

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard UPS Ground
UPS Second Day

Payment Security

Online Payments. In order to protect your credit card information from theft, a NT Web Server is being used that supports the SSL protocol. If your browser supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol (currently the majority of browsers do), then your credit card information will be protected whenever you submit a credit card number to us.

Texas Tax

Texas State customers will have mandatory 7 7/8% State sales tax added to their order total.

Customer Satisfaction

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

Damage/Loss

Angel's Basket Heaven goes to great lengths to ensure your purchase is carefully packaged and safely delivered to UPS. As such, once it leaves our shop, responsibility for its safe delivery to you belongs to UPS.

A package is automatically protected against loss or damage by UPS up to $100. The charge for each additional $100 insured value or fraction thereof is $.35. The option of selecting additional UPS insurance to cover the full value of your shipment is YOURS.

Order Cancellation Policies

We accept cancellations if received within 24 hours prior to scheduled order shipment.
